Welcome to Menusc. By creating an account or using menusc.com you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Menusc lets you publish digital menus at your own menusc.com address. You are responsible for all content you upload (images, text, prices, payment details).

2. Your Account

• Keep your phone number and password secure; actions taken from your account are your responsibility.
• One account may be limited by its plan (number of menus, features).

3. Content Rules

You may not publish unlawful content, infringe others' trademarks, or upload content you do not have the right to use. We may remove violating menus without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Trials

New menus start with a free trial. When a trial or paid period expires, the menu goes offline until it is renewed. Payments are reviewed manually; activation happens after approval.

5. Availability

We strive for continuous uptime but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

6. Termination

You may delete your menus and account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
